About Delivery

Delivery service apply to Hong Kong Island, Kowloon and New Territories only. Not applicable to outlying islands and Airport  

All orders are subject to final confirmation or items availability. In the event that we are unable to fulfill any of the products in your order, we will notify you by phone or email before delivery.

Commerical Area– By local courier service to office directly. However, this service is not apply to outlying islands (such as Discovery Bay, Ma Wan, Tung Chung and Hong Kong International Airport, etc...)

The delivery service is only available in Hong Kong. There is no overseas delivery.

 

All orders are subject to confirmation of final availability and we reserve the right to reject the order in the event that any of the products requested are unavailable. In the event that we are unable to fulfill any of the products in your order, we will notify you by phone or email before delivery.

 

Please note that all goods will be delivered to commercial address only. We aim to deliver the goods when there is somebody in. We cannot accept responsibility for goods left outside at the customer's request.
